Thank you for visiting the Money Style^® website ("www.moneystyle.net"), brought to you by Consumer Credit Counseling Service of the Midwest, Inc. ("CCCS"), and reviewing our privacy statement. The following policy describes how we at Money Style handle information about your visit:

Confidentiality and Security
Protecting your privacy is important to Money Style. We collect personal information about new members on our registration page, including name, address, and email address. Sponsored members must provide the name of the organization sponsoring their membership, and may be asked to provide proof of employment or other terms of eligibility. This personal data is necessary for us to confirm your identity and membership qualification.

Also, as part of the Money Style services, you might choose to participate in tests or surveys that are designed to identify and address financial education issues.  These tests or surveys may require more detailed information about your finances.  We will keep your answers and the results of such surveys and tests confidential unless you otherwise permit us to share them (with an employer, for example).  We may aggregate or de-identify certain information you provide and use such aggregated or de-identified information for a variety of purposes, such as research and improving our service offerings.  However, as a general rule, we will not share your personally identifiable financial information with anyone unless you give us permission to do so.

Money Style does not with to collect any information about children under the age of 18.  The website is intended to be used only by adults who are at least 18 years of age. 

Money Style will take reasonable precautions to keep your information confidential, except to those persons and entities who are provided such information pursuant to this Privacy Policy.  Money Style will comply with applicable laws regarding the storage of your confidential information.

Information Collection and Storage
When you visit the Money Style website, certain information is gathered and stored about your visit automatically. The information collected automatically is used primarily to analyze site and page visitation. Money Style will ask you for personal identification such as your login name and password when it is needed to access the members-only portion of this website. If you choose to provide us with this and other personal information, it may be stored so that we can address your needs in a better or faster manner.

Generally, Money Style shall not attempt to collect information such as social security numbers, credit card numbers, bank account numbers, and other information that is not necessary or useful for you to use the website.  If a credit card is used in any part of the website, we will not store the credit card number for later use.  

The Money Style website does not require cookies to be enabled. When cookies are enabled, Money Style automatically uses cookie information to help a person’s use of the website, such as identifying members so they do not have to re-enter previously provided information.

Information Disclosure
Money Style maintains its own database of member and visitor information. This data is archived for our own records and is not disclosed to third parties unless we receive your permission. If you provide us with permission, you may later choose to opt out of information sharing with third parties by sending an email to info@moneystyle.net with the phrase OPT OUT in the subject line. Money Style shall disclose personal or confidential information when required by law or legal process to do so.  Money Style may disclose to third parties aggregated or de-identified information that does not personally identify you.

Linked Sites The Money Style website may include links to third party websites that offer related services or useful information, and those websites should have their own privacy policies.  However, as Money Style does not have direct control over the policies or practices of such other websites, Money Style is not responsible for their privacy practices or the content found on such websites. 

Changes to this Privacy Policy
Money Style reserves the right to update or change this Privacy Policy from time to time and without prior notice to you.
